Mixed Age Early Years Class (6 Months - 5 Years)
Mondays at 3pm & 3:45pm
Our mixed age classes welcome little ones to explore and develop through sound, touch and gentle movement. They are carefully designed to help with coordination and are underpinned by a strong foundation in early music theory, brought to life by our original music. We engage with new themes each week, whilst always following the same lesson structure to allow children to feel comfortable and grow in confidence. We offer modifications based on age and ability, and love giving babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers the chance to interact with one another in a creative and imaginative setting.

Join us every Monday afternoon at Millie & Maisie, Clapham’s much-loved play café, for our fun-filled, mixed-age music classes brought to you by Pippa’s Poppets. Designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years, these lively sessions are the perfect mix of music, movement and imaginative play — all in the warm, welcoming surroundings of the Millie & Maisie café.
Our Millie & Maisie music classes are specially created to bring children of different ages together in one joyful musical experience. Whether your child is just beginning to clap along to the beat or confidently singing at the top of their lungs, they’ll love the variety of songs, shakers, scarves, claves and creative storytelling we bring to every session.
Each week at Millie & Maisie, we explore different musical themes to spark imagination, build confidence, and support early development, all following the EYFS curriculum. Grown-ups are encouraged to join in too — our classes are as much about parent-child bonding as they are about musical learning.
